At DenkProducties, we understand that plans can change. That's why we offer flexible options in case you're unable to attend a seminar for which you've registered.

• Our tickets are personal and specially for you, but we understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. If you find yourself unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to someone else at no extra cost. Simply let us know by sending an email to customercare@denkproducties.nl with the details of the new participant.
  
  
• Should you change your mind, you have up to 30 days after your order to cancel it, provided this is also more than 30 days before the event itself. This keeps things fair for everyone. Cancelling your ticket is easy: a simple email to us will do.
  
  
• Should we need to (or find reason to) reschedule one of our seminars, we will immediately contact you and set a new date. Thus, you can attend later. Same program, same speakers. Naturally, at no extra cost.
